  SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


We have set up 3 options to get your order to you as seamlessly and conveniently as possible.

  1. Our courier’s shipping time is 3-5 business days Countrywide. Door to Door with parcel insurance from our side at no extra cost to you, just to make sure you Swoon when you open your box! Courier cost is R150 per package (see T’s & C’s below regarding surcharges).
  2. We offer delivery via PostNet counters as an alternative. There are over 360 conveniently situated PostNet locations in SA. at R110 for the first 5kg and R20 per kilo thereafter. You can also track your parcel’s location as well as receive updates. Please allow 2-3 working days (outer lying areas can sometimes take up to 5 working days.)
  3. As we are situated centrally in Bloemfontein, we can arrange a free parcel pick-up once your order has been complete.

 

  Outer Lying Or Remote Area Disclaimer:

Unfortunately, some areas outside of towns, farms, remote or otherwise hard to reach areas; may require a fuel or an outlying surcharges. This does not apply to PostNet deliveries. If this is the case, and the surcharge applies to your order, we will contact you personally and confirm the additional payment. If we contact you and because of the extra charge, you are no longer interested in completing the purchase, we will cancel your order and refund you completely.

In accordance with The Consumer Protection Act on your rights to cancel agreements – you have 4 hours after you have placed your order – to fully and freely cancel your order for whatever reason. Funds will then be refunded within 72 hours of initial payment.
